Autumn marked a seasonal refresh for a returning client's Burj Khalifa apartment — a second home used during Dubai's peak winter months. The brief called for richer textures and warmer tones without a full demolition, keeping the apartment guest-ready on a tight calendar.
A sprawling two-bedroom plan required careful zoning so living, dining, and sleeping areas felt distinct despite an open footprint. We rebalanced existing furniture with new upholstery, rugs, and lighting to create a cocooned atmosphere suited to family stays.
High-security access and fit-out regulations demanded meticulous logistics. Deliveries were sequenced with building management, and suppliers were selected for compatibility with the tower's smart-home infrastructure.
