The dining area features custom artwork commissioned for the project, with gold-accented chairs adding classical elegance. Bedrooms use bespoke headboards with integrated lighting and power — combining pragmatism with quiet luxury.
High-security access made delivery coordination critical. We sequenced trades and suppliers around building management requirements and integrated carefully with the apartment's existing smart-home infrastructure.
